Kevin Durham, known to his students as Mr. D, is an educator, step dance instructor, DJ, event coordinator, and an all around entrepreneur. He joins Aaron this week to talk about the mindset it takes to not only figure out what you are worth, but then to go out and get it. Reminding us it's always worse to live with regrets than failures, Kevin's story is a testament to the power of putting in the hard work to turn dreams into reality.
